02 The challenge

The Project Challenge

Make the technical infrastructure for sound, video, and lighting integrate naturally into the architectural language, without compromising the aesthetics or puncturing the final finishes.

The goal was to avoid the classic improvised patchwork of installations bolted on at the end of construction.

03 The solution

The Cabo Solution

We integrated the lighting and A/V technology systems into the 3D prototype from the earliest stages of the project:

Planned Conduit Runs We routed conduit paths and junction boxes within the digital structure.

Lighting and Spatial Simulation We tested how artificial light interacts with the volumes and interior design.

Coordination with Other Engineering Disciplines We prevented fixtures or speakers from clashing with air ducts or beams.
