CABO & CO S.A.S. (“CABO”), tax ID (NIT) 902.001.894-4, is the controller of the personal data you provide to us through the website cabo-co.com, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled into Single Decree 1074 of 2015). This is the Personal Data Policy referred to by the forms on this site.

2. What data we collect on this site
Through our website we collect data only when you fill in one of our forms:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone, city, project type, the stage the project is in, and a description of the project.
- Fee Estimator: name, phone, email address and a description of the project, only if you choose to send us your details at the end of the tool. The estimator’s earlier answers (area, type of work, site conditions) are calculation variables, not personal data, and do not require identifying you.
We do not request financial data, health data or other sensitive data through these forms.
3. Purposes of the processing
- To contact you in order to handle your request and schedule a technical call.
- To prepare and send you a commercial proposal tailored to your project.
- To answer questions you send us by email, WhatsApp or the form on this site.
- Internal statistical purposes regarding the source and type of the requests we receive.
4. Authorization
By checking the authorization box and submitting any of our forms, you grant CABO & CO S.A.S. your prior, express and informed authorization to process the data provided there, exclusively for the purposes described in this Policy. We keep evidence of that authorization.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Your information may be processed by providers that supply technical services for the website (hosting, email, WhatsApp Business) solely in order to operate these contact channels, and by our own team in order to follow up on your request.
6. Cookies and site technologies
Our website is built on WordPress and uses only the technical scripts required for it to work (for example, jQuery and the theme’s resources). We currently do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Google Ads pixels). If we add tools of this kind in the future, we will update this section and implement the corresponding notices and opt-out options.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
- To access, update and rectify your personal data.
- To request proof of the authorization granted.
- To revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty to retain it applies.
- To file complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) for violations of the law.

We will respond to queries within the following ten (10) business days and to complaints within the following fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with the time limits set by Law 1581 of 2012.
9. Data retention
We retain the data received through these forms while a commercial engagement is ongoing and, once it has concluded, for as long as necessary for archiving purposes or until you request its deletion, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it for longer.
10. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information received through our website against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We may update this Policy whenever necessary. The version in force, with its date, will always be available on this website.
12. Governing language
This English text is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail, as it is the one that is legally binding in Colombia.
